FORGET YOUR PAST FAILURE (Try Another Direction)

It is the 3rd day of the month of October which happens to be the beginning of a brand new week. Like I said earlier God says this month is a month of REVELATION meaning many hidden agenda of the enemy shall be revealed and many blessings and good opportunities shall be made known to you for testimony in Jesus name. Amen. This new week will definitely bring to your door post good tidings and joy unquestionable in Jesus name. Amen.

Father King of glory we thank you for the last night and the journey through the midnight till this wonderful morning. You are really our God because you know us too well and understand where best you want us to be at a time like this specially. I pray that you will continue to be good to us in Jesus name. Amen.

This week we are going to study one of the major challenges in the life of many Christian today. We put more attention of the past of our lives especially the faulty past of our lives. The reason we do this more is that we don’t understand or not knowledgeable about the arm we are causing ourselves. Amen. Our past failure does not means we are bad or that we cannot be better in the present or future, that past failure is rather telling us to give another trial. Therefore we going coming to study through our daily devotional this week a serious charge and an encouragement form the Lord; “FORGET YOUR PAST FAILURE.”

Jesus one day while doing the work of ministry encountered a very large crowd and He need a platform for better concentration so as to preach the word as at that time. He saw what could be good as an altar or say pulpit for the moment and approached the owners who gave Him audience and allowed Him to make use of the available pulpit. In other to appreciate the owner of the boat used in place of the altar after seeing that he is filled with failure and disappointment. Jesus told Peter to change the directions of where he has first cast his net that never bring him any yielding deal.

“And it happened that the crowd pressed on Him to hear the Word of God, He stood by the lake of Gennesaret. And He saw two boats standing by the lake. But the fishermen had left them and were washing their nets. And He entered into one of the boats, which was Simon's, He asked him to thrust out a little from the land. And He sat down and taught the people out of the boat. And as He stopped speaking, He said to Simon, Launch out into the deep and let your nets down for a haul. And answering, Simon said to Him, Master, we have toiled all the night and have taken nothing. Yet at Your word I will let down the net. And doing this, they enclosed a great multitude of fish. And their net was being torn.” Luke 5:1-6 (MKJV)

Every direction you have been operation that has not been yielding rightful and has not be bearing good fruit which has resulted to your past failure trying to fight the present life you are living, I pray that the direction be change for your good in Jesus name. Amen. Peter complained that there have been failure and disappointment all the way and felt the present can never be good and even the future so therefore they need to go home. Jesus noticed that the future of Peter is bright and that he could be useful for the kingdom business. Amen. Your present can be better if you can FORGET YOUR PAST FAILURES and move forward so as enjoy surplus just has Peter did. Amen.
Good morning and God bless you in Jesus name. Amen
